As the "seller", you assign each person who wants to enter the raffle an individual number from the numbers you were assigned when you picked up the raffle forms. (example below had 9016 - 9030) 

IF THE BUYER IS USING VENMO OR PAYPAL:
PLEASE ASK THEM NOT​  TO LIST GUN OR PISTOLOR THE LIKES 
IN THE REASON FOR SENDING $$


1 Fill in the number you are assigning 

2 Fill in the persons Name and phone number 

3 Enter how many raffle tickets they are wanting to buy 

4 Enter how much they paid for the number of tickets they are buying 

5 Indicate how they paid, cash, Venmo, PayPal 

6 Circle R for buying Rifle Tickets / Circle P for Pistol Tickets 

7 Only have ONE type per line R or P 

8 IF THEY WANT BOTH R & P, use the same assigned number and:

Enter R tickets on one line / Enter P tickets on a second line.
If they buy enough for a bulk discount, say 30 tickets, see the example below 

Please don't enter they bought 15 ticket for $100 on both lines
Instead list they bought ## tickets w/ no cost on one line Then on the second line the remainder of the tickets purchased & the total value of the transaction.

♠ Ticket Stubs ♠

Using the same number you used on the Sales Form

1 Enter that number on the left and right "Assigned Raffle Sales Number"

2 Give the buyer one ticket stub per type purchased R or P
    **So - if they buy R & P entries - they get two ticket stubs**

3 Enter the number of raffle entries per ticket stub
4 Mark the Rifle or Pistol box, as appropriate

5 Enter the buyers phone number on the bottom line on the left

6 Disconnect the left and right sides giving the buyer the right side WITH THE QR CODE

7 Keep the left side stub to turn back into to the committee 

8 The committee uses the sales sheet and stubs as a check and balance/accountability
