On the day of the ride, ride committee members take all the
sale sheets and ticket stubs and using number stamps, we begin
stamping the raffle tickets that will be drawn.
We use normal raffle tickets - not the ticket stubs you provide to them.
If the buyer, say number 9017 from the example buys 15 Rifle tickets, they get 15 individual color coded tickets, say gold, stamped with
their number for the drawing
Same for pistol tickets, number 9107 would get 15 color coded tickets,
say pink, stamped with their number for the drawing
Each color ticket is placed in an ammo can, one can for blue, one can for red,
and mixed well. A person is randomly chosen to draw the tickets.
We draw a primary and a runner up winner for each fire arm.
If the primary is not eligible to own or buy the firearm, as determined by the
Utah BCI through our FFL, they are disqualified and we will then notify the
runner up.
We utilize the services of Wicked Musket Firearms® as our FFL to legally and
properly transfer the firearms.
